Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data.

Your personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016), for the purpose of performing the contract concluded with you. Providing your personal data is a necessary condition for the performance of the contract. You are therefore obliged to provide such data, and the consequence of failing to do so will be the inability to perform the contract.

Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and for the mandatory retention period of accounting documentation in accordance with separate regulations, as well as for the period necessary to demonstrate the manner of contract performance in connection with any potential court or administrative proceedings.

Your personal data is not subject to profiling.

The data controller does not transfer your personal data outside the Republic of Poland, the European Union, the European Economic Area, or to any international organisation.

Rights of the Data Subject:

In connection with the provision of personal data, you are entitled to the following rights:

  1. the right of access to your data and to receive a copy thereof,
  2. the right to rectification (correction) of your data,
  3. the right to erasure, if you consider that there are no grounds for the processing of your personal data,
  4. the right to restriction of processing of personal data solely to its storage or to the performance of actions agreed with you, if in your opinion we hold incorrect data about you or process it without justification, or if you do not wish us to delete it because you need it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or for the duration of any objection you have raised to the processing of data,
  5. the right to object to the processing of data,
  6. the right to data portability — to receive from us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, the personal data concerning you that we have obtained on the basis of the contract. You may also request that such data be transmitted to another entity,
  7. the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if you consider that we process your personal data unlawfully,
  8. the right to withdraw consent to data processing — in the event that we process data on the basis of your consent. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal.

I. Information about cookies.

The Website uses cookies.
