How does 3D printing work in construction?

3D printing opens new design and construction possibilities. In the future, it may become the key to faster construction with less waste and greater structural precision.

The three-dimensional printing method introduces significant changes to the way buildings are erected. It enables structures with almost any shape, allowing you to realise the dream of a unique, one-of-a-kind home.

Our 3D printing method in construction is based on depositing material layer by layer. A special concrete mix is precisely applied through a nozzle that moves along a defined path using an advanced numerical drive system.

The process begins with a digital model (CAD/BIM). A large-scale 3D printer then receives the file to automatically reproduce the entire project. The machine ensures high efficiency, repeatability and accuracy.

Advantages of 3D printing in construction:

  • shorter construction time— 3D printing will significantly reduce build time compared to traditional methods;
  • less waste (zero waste)— the amount of material used will almost exactly match what is needed, minimising losses and eliminating waste;
  • unlimited freedom of form— non-standard, complex designs that are difficult or impossible with traditional methods will be within reach;
  • precision and safety— a high degree of automation guarantees greater precision and efficiency, and minimises the risk of workplace accidents thanks to the machine's advanced safety system compliant with CE standards.

Innovation in construction

3D printing combined with natural materials such as hemp concrete will make it possible to construct buildings with a sustainable ecological balance, while maintaining all the functional parameters of traditional construction.

Hemp is a revolution in construction — a material with exceptional properties, known to humanity for thousands of years, now returning in a new form. Our innovative hemp concretes feature both exceptional structural resistance and excellent insulating properties. It is the world's first structural material with C80 hemp micro-reinforcement. Hemp concrete walls remain healthy and mould-free, providing exceptional comfort for residents.

Hemp is also zero-emission and is a reference to the Slavic tradition dating back to the Neolithic. Every hectare of hemp crops absorbs 15 tonnes of CO₂ per year (more than a forest), making our homes truly environmentally friendly, and industrial investments with a negative carbon footprint.

Advantages of hemp concrete:

  • exceptional mechanical strength— hemp concrete has a compressive strength of 80 MPa, making it suitable for load-bearing structures. Its elasticity reduces the risk of cracking compared to traditional concrete;
  • excellent thermal insulation;
  • compliance with fire resistance standards;
  • resistance to mould and fungi.

We seek ecological methods

3D printing with natural materials such as hemp concrete and PLA filaments is a conscious choice for us. We combine care for the environment with human well-being, building in harmony with nature, safely and usefully.

Hemp is a revolution in construction. Our C80 micro-reinforced concrete combines high strength, excellent insulation and a healthy, mould-free environment for residents.

NATUR WOOD 3D Filament

NATUR WOOD 3D Filament

PLA filament with wood particles gives prints an authentic wood look, scent and texture. Easy to print. Prints can be sanded, painted and stained.

PLA with natural fibres

PLA with natural fibres

PLA with natural fibres (e.g. flax, bamboo or cork) is an easy-to-print, ecological filament. It gives a matte finish and a natural, fibrous visual effect. Used for decorative elements and prototypes.

Nature's harmony in your home

Designs aligned
with geometry principles

A well-designed space

Geometry means ideal proportions that positively influence the energy of a place for people, animals and plants. Applying this principle in architecture brings calm and harmony. Elements such as domes built on geometric principles are up to 30% more resistant to wind and earthquakes.

Discover the benefits of designing according to geometry principles:

  • harmonious space— your surroundings affect you more than you think. Thanks to natural proportions (e.g. the golden ratio), which create a sense of balance and order, buildings and interiors are perceived as beautiful and harmonious because their shapes reflect patterns found in nature (e.g. shells, flowers);
  • balanced energy— geometry-based structures have favourable resonance properties, which can improve the flow of energy in a building or room;
  • structural durability— geometric patterns, e.g. hexagonal structures, are optimal in terms of strength;
  • impact on health and well-being— spending time in rooms with harmonious proportions restores natural calm, supports concentration and recovery.

What will we print?

From garden architecture to residential homes. 3D printing opens doors to unlimited possibilities for creating form. The method is used in residential and industrial construction as well as in public utility buildings and small architecture. Whether you dream of a nature-inspired home, a wind-resistant dome or an eco-friendly industrial investment — with us, your vision becomes achievable. Our offer includes:

  • residential homes and architectural elements— from minimalist to organic forms;
  • garden architecture— gazebos, pergolas, integrated ornamental plant cultivation systems with irrigation automation, pavilions, relaxation zones, saunas, fountains, planters, fences;
  • interior furnishings— furniture, wall structures, decorative interior elements;
  • industrial investments— eco-friendly commercial buildings.

Cooperation

Technological, design
and execution support

Why build your home with 3D printing?

3D printing is the near future. Very soon we will be able to build homes faster, more economically and simply smarter. It is the best solution for you if you are looking for something different from traditional construction and love modern architectural design, while also caring about the natural environment.

Cooperation stages:

  • free initial consultation;
  • development of a conceptual design and 3D building visualisation;
  • selection of materials and methods suited to the building's environment and purpose;
  • on-site construction and printing, or prefabrication;
  • after-sales support and quality guarantee.

Our priorities are: transparency, punctuality and real environmental impact.

3D printing and construction costs — is it worth it?

Although 3D printing is still considered a novelty, its use can positively impact overall construction costs.

3D printing means:

  • shorter construction time;
  • lower labour and supervision costs;
  • reduced waste— savings on materials used;
  • lower demand for transport and heavy equipment— reduction in construction costs;
  • possibility of prefabricating certain elements— more efficient logistics;
  • savings in daily operation— all thanks to high insulation and resistance to external factors.

All our structures comply with European and international building standards. We use certified materials for our projects, and all processes are carried out in accordance with CE requirements and local regulations.

Hemp concrete used in our homes and structures is tested for:

  • mechanical strength;
  • fire resistance;
  • insulating properties;
  • biological resistance (mould, fungi).

We cooperate with structural engineers, architects and research institutes in Poland and Europe. We can therefore guarantee that our 3D-printed homes and structures will meet the highest quality and safety standards.
