Reverse Engineering — 3D Object Scanning
3D scanning, also known as reverse engineering, is a method that allows the rapid reproduction of the complex geometry of any elements to obtain a digital model that can then be edited, processed and used for prototyping, modernisation or quality control of geometry using CAD/CAM software. As part of the service, we perform measurements with 3D scanners capable of achieving a measurement tolerance of 0.05 mm. Thanks to the use of a non-contact device, we can also dimension very thin and delicate objects.
3D Scanning
3D scanning is the only method that allows you to quickly move from a real object to a complete solid model. The tools at our disposal allow significant time savings compared to traditional modelling methods in an engineering environment.
Comprehensive 3D scanning services with material diagnostics

- reproduction of components of varying complexity and dimensions impossible to design using traditional 3D modelling methods;
- CAD models and digital technical documentation of scanned objects;
- parameterisation of scanned objects;

- preparation of professional measurement reports, colour deviation maps, detailed cross-section descriptions with marked deviations;

Machine Certification (CE)
Safety audit, adaptation, certification
We provide a full range of services related to the certification of machines and production lines and their adaptation to essential or minimum requirements.
The CE marking (Conformité Européenne) placed on a product confirms that it meets safety and health requirements for its users.
The requirement for a common European market mark aims to create a uniform, transparent and reliable technical zone based on the technical competences of market participants and the production of safe, high-quality products. A declaration of conformity under applicable regulations is required for:
- new machines placed on the European market,
- machines commissioned for use on the European market,
- "old" machines after modernisation.
In such a case, the machine must meet essential requirements, the most important regulation being Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC MD with update 2009/127/EC and related regulations such as: Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU LVD, Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2014/30/EU EMC, or Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU PED.
"Old" machines must meet minimum requirements — the Work Equipment Directive 2009/104/EC applies.
Drawing on our knowledge and experience, we carry out — in accordance with applicable regulations — the full process of approving machines, equipment and production lines for use or their introduction to the European market — from safety audit through adaptation to certification.

Computational Analyses, Machine Diagnostics, Expert Reports
Neodynamic sp. z o.o. has been providing diagnostic and operational analysis services for machines and equipment across every industrial sector for more than a decade.
Based on our personnel's knowledge, education and experience, we carry out:
- machine performance quality analyses,
- structural strength analyses,
- flow and thermodynamic calculations,
- hydraulic system analyses.
As a result of the calculations and analyses performed, we identify ways to eliminate faulty machine operation.
We also produce safety expert reports for machines and production lines, including after a machine safety incident has occurred.

Fabric Expansion Joints
A fabric expansion joint is one of the fundamental elements of pipelines and flue gas ducts. Its purpose is to absorb the movements of ducts or pipelines caused by thermal stresses and to compensate for them. Compensation also includes mechanical extensions, vibrations, and the reduction of pipeline errors such as misalignment.
Basic types of fabric expansion joints:
- sleeve type,
- flanged type,
- bellows type (with sleeve or flanged connection),
- flanged-sleeve type.
Types of guide plates:
- single or double flat plate,
- plate with floating ring, etc.
Single- and multi-layer expansion joints at our company are produced on the basis of glass, ceramic, silicate and aramid fabrics, as well as fabrics coated with elastomers (EPDM, MVQ, FPM) and PTFE. Insulating packages are made from mineral wool and ceramic and silicate mats and others — depending on requirements.
Our products feature:
- maximum medium temperature exceeding 1000°C,
- high chemical and mechanical resistance,
- resistance to abrasive media,
- ability to transfer large displacements in all directions,
- resistance to atmospheric factors UVA/UVB.
Main recipients are power plants, combined heat and power plants, chemical and petrochemical plants, cement works, steelworks, coking plants, paper mills and many others with the highest engineering competence requirements.
Scope of work: measurements on site, design, production of soft and steel parts, assembly and/or assembly supervision.

Polymer Composites
We supply polymer composites and provide related services: industrial chemical-resistant and anti-corrosion coatings, polymer protective coatings and construction structure reprofile, flexible surface repair systems, ceramic-filled composites (abrasion-resistant), metals for machine and equipment regeneration, rapid emergency repairs of machine parts ranging from elastomer to rolling bearing seat surfaces.

Seals for Hydraulic Equipment
In the production and overhaul of cylinders, we optimise their designs and sealing assemblies to extend service life. We specialise in adapting seals to the most complex sealing assembly applications.
We specialise in projects operating under the harshest conditions:
- low or high system pressures,
- high linear speed,
- heavy environmental contamination,
- high temperature.

Sealing Sheets
We offer a full range of sealing sheets selected according to working conditions.
Our wide product range is divided into categories:
- graphite sheets (pure graphite, graphite reinforced with flat, perforated or mesh plate),
- mineral sheets (mica, alumino-silicate, ceramic),
- fibre-elastomer sheets,
- thermoplastic sheets (PP, PE, PVDF, PTFE, ePTFE, PTFE with spherical glass, PTFE with barium additive),
- elastomer sheets (NBR, FKM, HNBR, MVQ, PU).

Static Seals
Static seals (multi-edge)
Multi-edge metal gaskets made from a special steel profile and soft sealing material used as overlays. The shape of the steel rings with dimensions depending on the medium pressure is specified in PN-EN 1514-6:2005.
Advantages: very high resistance to temperature and pressure fluctuations, ease of assembly and disassembly, blow-out resistance, resistance to installation pressures up to 600 MPa, high tightness and thermal and chemical resistance.
Dimensions according to DIN, ASME, ANSI, PN series. Materials: metal profile (AISI 304, 316, 316L, 316Ti, 309, 321, 4017, ARMCO and DIN equivalents), overlays of expanded graphite, PTFE, aluminium, silver, mica.

Systems for Power Industry
We manufacture seals for applications in industrial power engineering. Our offer includes: sealing sheets and cords, spiral seals, valve packing sets, thermal insulation sealants.

Rope Seals
Our offer includes more than 40 types of cords and ready-made packing sets for pumps, valves, agitators and manholes. We supply sealant in any braid from any suitable materials.
Among them are packings resistant to abrasive and chemically aggressive media, as well as those ensuring heat dissipation. Each enquiry is treated individually — we select the sealant based on data on operating conditions, achieving application optimisation.
Long and trouble-free operation of rope seals is limited by, among others: the condition of the stuffing box chamber, correct selection for the application, and seal quality. Our company takes all these factors seriously. Technical advisory and assembly-operational supervision mean that in many applications our products are a simple, reliable and effective solution.

Machines and Equipment

Dynamic Seals
A dynamic seal is necessary when leakage of the medium between two mutually moving elements cannot be permitted.
Long and trouble-free operation of dynamic seals is typically limited by three factors: seal quality, correct selection for a specific application, and the condition of the stuffing box chamber. The task of our specialists is to select the seal and contact pressure so that the stress and pressure of the medium at the bottom of the chamber is appropriate.
